About Me

Hi, I’m Mary! I was born and raised near New Orleans, Louisiana. I moved West in search of mountains while I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology in Colorado. I later completed my Master of Counseling at Lewis & Clark Graduate School in Portland, Oregon. I became a counselor because I’m passionate about helping others find meaning and build skills to navigate periods of uncertainty. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals through periods of transition, grief, personal growth, and self-esteem concerns—helping them reconnect with their values and build a life that feels both fulfilling and authentic.

Outside of therapy, you’ll often find me with my sweet Cocker Spaniel, Heidi! I love skiing, yoga, hiking, cooking, camping, and cold plunging. Most of all, I cherish spending time in the sun with my friends and family.
